Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in French, addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and returns.
  • Manage customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and product management, to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide customers with relevant and timely information.
  • Engage proactively with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French, with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the online retail sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing customer inquiries efficiently.
