Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking content creators via phone, email, and chat regarding their inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers with questions related to platform features, account management, and content monetization.
  • Effectively resolve issues and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall user experience and address complex inquiries.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Collect feedback and insights from customers to support product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the online content or digital media sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • A good understanding of digital content platforms and services.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office tools.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
