Job description

Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) Opportunity – California

The demand for mental health care is greater than ever, with increasing rates of anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Unfortunately, many individuals struggle to access the support they need due to financial, geographic, and systemic challenges. A new approach to behavioral health care is essential to bridge this gap.

Our goal is to ensure that mental health treatment is accessible to those who need it most. Through virtual programs that integrate group therapy, individual counseling, and family support, we offer evidence-based care tailored to each person’s needs.

We are looking for independently licensed clinicians with one of the following credentials:

  • LMFT, LCSW, LPCC

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

·        Salary Range: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and treatment goals.
  • Develop individualized care plans that promote meaningful change.
  • Provide therapy to adults using evidence-based, client-centered techniques.
  • Address urgent mental health situations with a calm and professional approach.
  • Stay informed on best practices and participate in continuing education.

Requirements

  • Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing sessions and documentation.
