Sr. Video Editor

IBMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Video Editor with expertise in AI technologies to create compelling video content. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate with the client to understand their vision and deliver high-quality videos. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and be adept at transforming complex information into engaging and visually appealing video content.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage and audio files to create polished final products for various platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video quality and engagement.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and software to streamline the video production process, including automated editing, text-to-speech, and video enhancement.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI developments in video editing and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for video projects, communicating directly with the client to understand their requirements and objectives.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address client feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the client team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Organize and maintain video assets and project files effectively.
• Work independently and proactively to resolve issues and challenges.
• Develop a strong understanding of financial industry terminology and concepts to create accurate and informative videos.
• Translate complex financial data and information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand video content.

Requirements

• Proven experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of AI-powered video editing tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and encoding.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with financial industry concepts and terminology is highly preferred.
