Job description

We’re looking for a contract-based Graphic Designer to support the execution of visual content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), our website, and internal campaigns. This is a remote-friendly role where you’ll collaborate with our marketing team to create scroll-stopping graphics, motion carousels, short videos, branded assets, and visual mockups in Figma.

This is a perfect role for a designer with a strong marketing mindset, who thrives on turning strategy into clean, engaging design that performs.

Responsibilities
  • Design LinkedIn and X content (carousels, infographics, social visuals)
  • Edit short-form video for social (walkthroughs, testimonials, motion highlights)
  • Create Figma mockups for our WordPress contractor (pages, layouts, mobile views)
  • Maintain and apply our brand style across all content
  • Support the design of case studies, one-pagers, and lead magnets
  • Contribute iconography and illustrations that simplify technical messages
  • Deliver assets in web-optimized formats, consistent with brand standards

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in visual design or creative production
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent
  • Experience creating visual content for LinkedIn, X, or web-based campaigns
  • Strong eye for layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
  • Ability to follow briefs with initiative, propose visual improvements when needed
  • Available for flexible, ongoing collaboration ( about 20 hours/week depending on workload)
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Midjourney, Gamma, or other AI tools
  • Experience in energy, SaaS, or B2B tech industries
  • Experience with Social Media Sheduling tools
