Job description

We are looking for a motivated Digital Intern to join our team and support the delivery of digital marketing projects for both agency and client campaigns. This internship is aimed at employment, and is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing social media channels, optimizing digital content, and building customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, think creatively, and work collaboratively to achieve results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and executing digital strategies, including competitor research, audience identification, and platform selection
  • Collaborate with the Client Advisor and the team to contribute to the development of digital strategies aligned with the client's overall marketing and communication plan
  • Support the Client Relationship team in preparing new business proposals.
  • Help manage social media channels for our agency and clients
  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging content that fosters meaningful connections and interaction such as social media posts, videos, articles, newsletters and web content
  • Support the creation and maintenance of editorial calendars and articles and publication schedules
  • Learn how to track and analyze data/metrics to provide insights and improve strategies
  • Assist in creating analytics dashboards to report progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the creative team to help define and produce content
  • Participate in discussions on user journeys and content creation for digital projects and products.
  • Help manage social media channels 
  • Support social media paid campaigns (setting, management) and assist in Google Ads campaign creation

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Proactive and motivated, able to complete tasks with minimum oversight
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to stick to high standards
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and interest in learning social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
  • Basic graphic design skills (nice to have)
  • Eagerness to learn about Google Ads, SEO principles, and online marketing tools
  • Eagerness to learn about email marketing platforms ( e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Basic Knowledge of CMS systems (e.g.Wordpress)
  • Organized and able to work in a structured manner, even with tight deadlines
  • A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with various teams
  • Fluent in English and Italian required
  • German knowledge is valued
