You see where there is room for improvement, come up with a solution and ensure that it is implemented. In doing so, you look not only at today, but also at tomorrow: how can we work smarter, more consistently and efficiently in the lab and at the collection locations so that our patients have the best experience.

In an organization that is constantly on the move, you play a key role in realizing sustainable improvements. You are visible, involved and always focused on results. You ensure that we operate as one Unilabs - with an eye for quality, people and patient safety.

You help to standardize processes, prevent quality issues and maintain an overview in an environment where no day is the same. You are financially ultimately responsible for the entire P&L of the operational departments; the laboratory, our collection locations and the medical staff. In addition, you work daily on financial planning and strategic forecasting. You work intensively with both the operations team and the operations team at our head office.

You also play a role in project groups around, for example, capacity planning, patient logistics or digitalization of work processes. Whether you are in Amsterdam, in contact with Enschede or thinking about a lab pilot in the country: you ensure that ideas land and work and that the associated investments are well substantiated.
