The Role
The Senior Consultant, Data Services is a critical, client-facing role that supports the design, development, testing, and delivery of sophisticated data integration, modeling, and analytics solutions for Nordic clients. Operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and healthcare operations, this position plays a key role in advancing data-driven transformation within complex healthcare environments.
As a senior member of the Data Services team, this individual serves as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable insights, aligning analytics capabilities with client goals, and delivering high-impact solutions that drive measurable outcomes. In addition to hands-on solution development, the Senior Consultant provides strategic guidance, mentorship to junior team members, and thought leadership across Nordic’s analytics initiatives.

This role focuses on high-impact projects that improve business processes, enhance clinical operations, and elevate the strategic use of data across healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
As a strategic contributor and visible representative of Nordic’s Data & Analytics practice, the Senior Consultant, Data Services will assume a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Client Delivery & Strategic Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, translating complex business questions into impactful data and analytics solutions
Technical Execution & Innovation
Design and build robust, scalable data models and analytics products using industry-leading BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik
Team Collaboration and Internal Growth
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and professional growth
