Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are currently seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements and best practices.
• Define technical architecture and standards to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Coordinate complex integrations and ensure interoperability with other systems.
• Participate in defining development strategies and continuous improvement initiatives on the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into solid, well-documented technical solutions.
• Manage version control and change management for developments.
• Ensure code quality and compliance with standards through technical reviews and testing.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Portal.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, including techniques for server-side and client-side scripting optimization.
• Experience with complex integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols to ensure proper communication with external systems.
• Strong understanding of data structures in ServiceNow, including tables, relationships, and data model design.
• Ability to design and lead custom solutions, including application development and complex workflows.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Proven experience working within agile methodologies and providing technical leadership in projects.
• Recommended certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and other relevant certifications.
• Advanced English proficiency (level B2 or higher).
