Multi platform mobile neo-bank application (auth2.0, security & profile settings, BIO, multilingual support, extensive support, message center,support center, wallet & account management, transactions, dashboard, user verification, notifications, admin management and many more components)

Your key responsibilities:
  • Be a full mobile solution UX/UI role owner
  • Strong understanding of neo-banking user flows is a must (Auth, SelfDeclarationForm, PIN management, Trusted devices, KYC verification, Transactions (Top-up, Transfers, Crypto, WIthdrawals…), Ledgering, User Reports, ect)
  • Reveal, Gather and Evaluate user expectation based on UX/UI in collaboration with product stakeholders 
  • Work closely with the team to analyze and improve user behavior scenarios
  • Present design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Create a UI-clear design for mobile apps (iOS and Android)
  • Create Own UI-Kit (mobile focused)
  • Identify and solve UX/UI issues, lead a process of visual testing
  • Implement Data Driven approach to conduct with UX relating metrics
  • Manage user expectations through UX /UI
  • Deep in A/B testing from mobile app perspective
  • Lead the UX/UI demo session
Must have:
  • Be ready to become an Owner of UX/UI role as a perfect team player 
  • Expert in planning, designing, refactoring of mobile apps (both iOS and Android), totally in deep of Material design patterns AND Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)
  • Broad experience in collaborating with Swift UI and UI Kit components, Material components, as well as adaptive and hierarchy approach to mobile application
  • Deep in icon pack, font pack, styling modes, accessibility, interactive elements accordingly to Google/Apple guidelines
  • Expert in progressive web design (PWS, SPA) – good understanding at least one of conventional design concept (bootstrap / tailwind / ionic / materialize / apple UI-kit or similar)
  • Absolutely in love with Figma (prototyping, actions, design system, components, libs …)
  • Visual design expert and proficiency in creating flows, page layouts/templates, functional design, iconography, and style guides
  • Ability to analyze and reconstruct user journeys and product flows
  • Experience in defining users’ needs, motivation and pain points
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, be structured and consistent
  • Focus on UX using Data Driven approach
  • UI watchfulness and UX/UI decomposition on fly
  • We hope you are passionate about what you create and love what you do Iconography, Typography, Layouts, Responsive approach in mobile is a must
  • Lead the design side for mobile app marketing initiatives
  • Strong Upper-Intermediate English

The most important thing to demonstrate your expertise is tangible results, so we expect that you have a good structured mobile app/s portfolio that we can discuss on the fly
