We are looking for an Art Director to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Defining the visual style and concept direction for campaigns and brand projects;
Leading ideas from the first presentation through production to final launch;
Driving the design process across 360 campaigns, content, and integrated brand work;
Working closely with copywriters, strategists, and creative directors;
Guiding and mentoring designers, giving clear and constructive feedback;
Translating brand strategies and creative platforms into strong visual solutions;
Presenting concepts internally and externally with confidence and clarity;
Keeping the creative quality high, consistent, and on-brand across all touchpoints.

Essential professional experience:

5+ years of experience as an Art Director in creative agencies or on in-house brand teams;
Strong portfolio with commercial 360 campaigns and video work;
Confident leading projects and design teams across different formats and channels;
Skilled in developing concepts that are visually powerful and strategically grounded;
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and art direction for production;
Hands-on when needed, with excellent taste and attention to detail;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required for this role.
