The Case Manager role is a great starting opportunity within the insurance industry. It provides exposure to the Worker’s Compensation industry as well as an opportunity to build your own brand amongst a diverse stakeholder list. About the role 

  • Proactively manage claims within delegated authority level to achieve the most cost-effective outcome within the framework of the legislation, identifying and managing return to work barriers on individual claims.
  • Ensure customer service standards are maintained taken for prompt resolution of enquiries.
  • Maintaining and improving technical knowledge across all facets of claims management.
  • Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application.

 

About you 

  • Experience in a fast paced, high volume customer service and sales environment
  • An energetic and motivated approach to managing a demanding portfolio
  • Experience in a customer-centric environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage your time and prioritise work tasks effectively
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
