  • Salary range for H&S Specialist  between $ 48,889 and $ 73,334 USD annually. 

  
At our facility in Lancaster you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Health and Safety team as the H&S Specialist :

  • Conduct regular inspections and compliance audits to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Organize and deliver health and safety training, informing employees about risks and preventive measures.  
  • Supervise incident management and coordinate corrective actions at the plant level.
  • Coordinate the implementation of health and safety standards, audit the use of personal preventive equipment (PPE).  
  • Develop and maintain emergency plans, organize simulation exercises, and monitor H&S indicators.

  • Driver's license (mileage paid).
