We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in the oil & gas or process industry to manage sales and service of Valmet Flow Control products in the country. In this position, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager, North Africa. This position will be based in Algeria.
Our Flow Control (FC) Business Line delivers mission-critical solutions to enhance process performance and ensure the safe flow of materials, helping customers achieve operational excellence in process industries.
As a Regional Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to drive profitable and sustainable growth in the country.
In addition to technical and commercial responsibilities, the role requires strong leadership and communication skills to set clear objectives, delegate effectively, and ensure accountability. A commitment to continuous learning, adaptability in dynamic environments, and the ability to build trust-based relationships with customers and partners are essential for success.
