📌 Job Title: Lead Generation Associate

📍 Location: Usaquén, Bogotá, Cundinamarca, Colombia.

⏳ Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (4 days in office, Tuesdays work from home)

The Role

We’re looking for an ultra-organised, detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to join our Business Development and Outreach team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our TourHeroes around the world—managing replies from our cold outreach emails, scheduling calls, answering questions, and keeping everything neat and on track.

If you love staying organised, have excellent written English, and enjoy helping people, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

✉️ Respond to replies from our email outreach campaigns in a warm, professional, and accurate way

📅 Schedule and reschedule calls between TourHeroes and our Business Development team using Calendly

🧼 Keep the inbox tidy, well-organized, and categorised for easy navigation

🤝 Work closely with the Business Development team to stay aligned on meeting changes, lead updates, and follow-ups

📌 Flag important messages, log key information, and make sure no reply is missed

⚙️ Use AI tools to help manage repetitive tasks and improve your workflow

🌍 Help create a smooth, positive experience for TourHeroes from their first reply to their first call 

What We’re Looking For

✅ Excellent written English—you don’t need a certificate, but your grammar and tone must be high quality

✅ Experience in admin, customer service, content moderation, or sales coordination is a plus

✅ Super organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

✅ Comfortable with Gmail, Calendly, and learning new tools

✅Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment and able to stay focused on manual or repetitive tasks with care and consistency

✅ A team player who takes pride in supporting others and keeping operations smooth
