We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a
Recruiter 2 . This will be a fully remote role , and will begin as a 2 -month contract with the possibility of extension on a quarterly basis up to 18 month s.
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our client’s team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and hire top talent to meet current and future hiring needs. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
They are specifically looking for Recruiters with experience hiring for roles in areas such as: Finance , Legal , HR , Marketing , Communications , Strategy & Operations , and Executive Support
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Source qualified candidates using a variety of channels including databases, networking, internet tools, cold outreach, media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records and applicant tracking data.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
- Promote the organization’s culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in a customer service or recruiting role.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Understanding of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and applicant tracking systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within the following Corporate Functions areas: Human Resources (HR), Finance, Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA), Business Development, Strategy & Ventures, Business Operations, Marketing
Pay Range:
- Pay range for this position will be $ 36.00 to $ 43.19 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
