Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable and driven Integration Manager to lead our enterprise integration function across external (B2B) and internal application interfaces. This individual will be responsible for both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our integration landscape, with platforms including OpenText Delta/Liaison (EDI) and SnapLogic (internal integration), closely tied to our SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.

This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to effectively manage integration operations around the clock that support mission-critical business processes across global trading partners and internal systems. The Integration Manager will play a key role in ensuring seamless data flow, onboarding new customers, business partners, and enabling operational scalability.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Integration Leadership

  • Lead the integration strategy and execution across both external (EDI/B2B) and internal (application-to-application) domains.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in EDI protocols, data formats, and integration design, ensuring reliable and secure data exchange.
  • Oversee and optimize integration architecture, ensuring it meets performance, reliability, and scalability expectations for a global operation.

Operations & Execution

  • Manage daily integration operations for both SnapLogic and EDI platforms, ensuring continuous support for global processes across multiple time zones.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and integration of customers, suppliers, plants, and logistics partners, balancing standardization with flexibility for unique business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring tools, workflows, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.
  • Enforce integration best practices, documentation standards, and data integrity protocols.

Team & Collaboration

  • Provide technical leadership and direction to integration developers and support staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to understand integration needs, align priorities, and deliver robust solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners and service providers, ensuring alignment of technical and business expectations.

Continuous Improvement & Modernization

  • Evaluate integration trends, tools, and frameworks to recommend platform improvements and modernization opportunities.
  • Define and enforce integration governance, standard reusable templates, and scalable onboarding processes.
  • Participate in architectural reviews and guide integration decisions across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise integration with hands-on technical and leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise with EDI integration platforms, particularly OpenText Delta Liaison, including configuration, partner setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Deep understanding of EDI standards and protocols such as X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, and related communication frameworks.
  • Strong experience with iPaaS tools like SnapLogic or equivalent, managing and supporting internal system integrations.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration patterns, including IDoc, API, or flat-file-based interfaces.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, business-critical operations across extended support hours and global teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional integration platforms such as SAP CPI, IBM Sterling, or Boomi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or global enterprise environments.

What We Offer

  • A key leadership role at the heart of enterprise digital operations.
  • Opportunity to influence integration architecture, standards, and long-term platform direction.
  • A collaborative, cross-functional culture with visibility and impact across the business.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and professional growth opportunities.

A Quick Note Before You Apply…

This role is in-office at least 3 days per week.

We believe that real collaboration, innovation, and culture are built face-to-face. If you’re energized by working alongside smart, kind, creative people—and enjoy those unplanned hallway conversations that spark great ideas—you’ll love it here.

If you’re looking for a fully remote role, this likely isn’t the right time or place. But if you’re excited by challenge, purpose, and building something better, we’d love to hear from you.

Let’s make something amazing—together.
