岗位职责：

负责实验室内临床样本的接收、转运与处理，确保资料记录准确，操作安全规范。按照实验方案执行样本生物分析及实验操作。协助基本的科研实验设计，包括在指导下制定实验方案和选择合适的实验方法。进行基本的数据分析、生信分析，协助数据解读，并编写常规实验室报告。管理样本的存储与调取，确保样本质量和可追溯性。协助完成日常行政事务、实验室维护、物资管理及其他任务，支持实验室日常运行。与团队成员保持清晰高效的沟通，确保实验室工作流程顺畅。遵守实验室安全规定与标准操作流程（SOP）。按要求协助准备内审和对外报送所需的记录与文件。

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，生命科学、生物技术、医学检验、药学或相关专业优先。有相关实验室样本操作、实验执行或实验室管理经验者优先。工作认真细致，具备基础数据分析、生信分析与报告编写能力。具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。熟练使用办公软件，对实验室信息系统或数据录入工具有基本了解。有较强的责任心和敬业精神，能高效准确地完成分配的任务。了解实验室安全管理和质量管理者优先考虑。
