Job description

You'll be a key player on the Pro Product Excellence team, helping us crush it and shape the future of the service industry. You'll manage a portfolio of big residential and commercial service companies, playing a huge part in keeping our revenue up and our customers happy.

What you’ll do:

  • Work hand-in-hand with our core ServiceTitan Customer Success Managers to make sure Marketing Pro Enterprise users are successful, stick around, and get a great return on their investment.
  • Dig into the data on how our Enterprise clients are using Marketing Pro to find insights, custom solutions, and spot any potential issues.
  • Become a total Marketing Pro expert so you can answer any customer question and find a solution to common problems or concerns.
  • Build strong relationships with the core Customer Success team to ensure collaboration on customer goals, helping build success stories for our customers, and helping to prepare for quarterly business reviews.
  • Make sure our customers have an awesome ongoing experience by helping them optimize, giving them special support, and taking full ownership of their success.
  • Encourage customer feedback for referrals, social connections, and future adoption.
  • Get involved in an active feedback loop with the Product team, making sure customer experience and quality of life needs for Marketing Pro are clearly communicated.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple accounts with a proven track record of success, OR 1+ years experience in the home services industry as a GM, Ops Manager, or similar role.
  • A BA/BS degree is a plus, but not required.
  • You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a clear ability to lead, stay motivated, and pay close attention to detail.
  • You can multi-task and manage a bunch of projects at once, using data to figure out what’s most important.
  • You’re a team player with strong communication and organizational skills, and you can handle a bit of ambiguity with a positive attitude.
  • You understand how recurring revenue business models work.
  • Experience in Marketing strategy, including Digital Ads, a plus
  • Experience in the trades is a plus

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $71,100 USD - $95,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
