We're looking for a Director, Commercial Sales to lead our team of Commercial Account Executives. If you're a dynamic sales leader passionate about building and mentoring a winning team, you'll be a perfect fit! This role focuses on selling cutting-edge managed detection and response solutions, including SOC as a service, to fast-growing customers.
Reporting to our VP, Commercial Sales, you're key in building customer trust and driving product team collaboration. You'll mentor and guide your team on everything from territory growth to deal strategy and sales coaching, ensuring they always "do the right thing" and "do things right."
This is a fast-paced, high-growth opportunity for a self-directed, quantitative leader. You'll own and execute plans to consistently hit sales targets. We need someone who leads by example, with high self-awareness and a mindset of continuous improvement. Experience managing a remote team is important, as you'll be working 100% remote. The base salary range for this role is between $180,000 USD and $190,000 USD + variable compensation and equity.
We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.
We’re hiring remotely and looking for someone in the pacific time zone. We do have a headquarters in Herndon, VA and will expect you to visit with some frequency!
