We are looking for a Traffic Manager to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Coordinate incoming requests and assign tasks across the internal design team;
Build and manage timelines for design and post-production deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met;
Maintain internal project tracking, documentation and reporting in Asana;
Liaise with the in-house design producer, creative department and freelance collaborators;
Oversee post-production phases including editing, CG, VFX, color grading, voiceover and sound design;
Manage the final delivery process to ensure quality and consistency across all assets.

Essential professional experience:

2+ years of experience as a Traffic Manager in a creative, design or post-production environment;
Solid understanding of content production pipelines, especially video and digital media;
Strong organizational skills and experience with project management tools (Asana or similar);
Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams and external partners;
Ability to manage multiple workflows under tight deadlines;
Experience working with post-production teams (editors, VFX, sound) is a strong advantage;
Fluency in English and Ukrainian or Russian is required.
