Project Management
Support Senior Manager and Marketing Operations on strategic company/marketing projects
Manage marketing tactical projects
Marketing Technology Management
Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms and other marketing technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing systems
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for marketing software
Training and Documentation
Provide training to Marketing teams on the use of marketing technologies and tools
Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for Marketing Operations
Marketing Operations
Support budget tracking
Support Marketing Communication planning cycle
Vendor management
Administrative support
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required
Proven experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role
Proficiency in Marketing automation platforms
Strong analytical skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Dedicated team player, ready to step in and provide assistance to ensure team’s success
Required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access)
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Turnberry Solutions offers benefits such as, a comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), disability and group term life insurance, health and flexible spending accounts, utilization bonus, 401k, flexible time off for salaried employees, and flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
