Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Support Senior Manager and Marketing Operations on strategic company/marketing projects
• Manage marketing tactical projects
• Marketing Technology Management
• Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms and other marketing technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for marketing software
• Training and Documentation
• Provide training to Marketing teams on the use of marketing technologies and tools
• Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for Marketing Operations
• Marketing Operations
• Support budget tracking
• Support Marketing Communication planning cycle
• Vendor management
• Administrative support
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required
• Proven experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role
• Proficiency in Marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Dedicated team player, ready to step in and provide assistance to ensure team’s success
• Required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access)
  
  

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
