You’ll shape and optimize payment solutions to drive innovation, security, and seamless transactions.


Compensation:

USD 0 - 47/hour

Responsibilities and more:

Key Responsibilities:

- Payments Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain the strategic vision and roadmap for payment products aligned with company goals.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, marketing, customer service) to gather needs and set priorities.

- Market & Industry Research: Track trends, technologies, and regulations in the payments space to identify innovation opportunities.

- Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs, reduce payment friction, and improve system performance; collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Consumer Services to troubleshoot payment system issues.

- Security & Compliance: Ensure all payment systems comply with standards such as PCI DSS and GDPR; partner with compliance and security teams to mitigate risk.

- Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into user stories and functional specs; manage and prioritize the product backlog.
