The Business Data Analyst will work in partnership with existing City staff and other stakeholders to identify areas where our public services are contributing to inequities. You’ll provide strategic and technical support for business intelligence and analytics, diving deep into data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and build dynamic visualizations. Acting as the bridge between data and decision-makers, you’ll develop data-driven processes to assess problems, generate responsive and innovative solutions, and deliver equitable and measurable results.
Work Location: This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work with some days working remotely and some days working in the office.
