Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies -- from paid acquisition and cold outreach to lifecycle email and organic demand generation. This role is best suited for a full-stack marketer who thrives in lean environments, knows how to build from zero, and is laser-focused on ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and expand existing paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Display).
  • Build and execute cold outreach systems (email + phone) to generate new leads.
  • Launch and manage HubSpot-based email flows (nurture, reactivation, lead conversion).
  • Reinvigorate the company's IG/FB presence with credible, relevant content.
  • Drive organic traffic through SEO, blog content, partnerships, and affiliate efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales to improve funnel clarity, attribution, and lead quality.
  • Report weekly on paid and organic campaign performance.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in growth marketing for high-ticket or complex service offerings.
  • Proven success managing both paid ad campaigns and cold outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflow automation, segmentation, reporting).
  • Familiarity with IG/FB and content strategies that establish credibility.
  • Strong command of marketing metrics: CAC, funnel stages, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Self-driven, execution-focused, and accountable.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, Full-time availability only - no side jobs.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with international B2B or luxury brands.
  • Familiarity with crypto, aviation, or regulated markets.
  • Affiliate/referral program experience.
  • Light design ability using Canva or similar tools.
