Position Title: Quantity Surveyor

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quantity Surveyor to oversee project coordination, estimation, and procurement activities related to glass, windows, and other building materials. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge in construction, particularly in reading plans and estimating material and labor requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate production activities based on project requirements and in collaboration with other departments

• Interpret architectural and engineering plans, particularly related to glass and window installations

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, including materials and labor, for project quotations

• Manage supplier communications, obtain and evaluate quotes, and compile final pricing

• Read and verify measurements to ensure accurate ordering and procurement

• Place and track material orders based on project specifications and sourcing guidelines

• Maintain inventory and stock control for production materials

• Ensure quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the production coordination process

What Were Looking For:

• Solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering terminology is an advantage

• Proven ability to manage tasks listed in the duties and responsibilities

• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• High accuracy and attention to detail in deliverables

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience in building services or construction environments is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil) or a related technical field

• Knowledge of construction and building materials is essential

• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage but not required

• Proficiency in basic computer operations, including MS Office and Google Suite, is a plus
