Event Management Operations Sr Associate with German 

 

Event Management Operations Senior Associate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience of event participants. By managing registrations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication, this position directly contributes to the success of our events and strengthens relationships with stakeholders, ultimately fostering a positive image of our organization.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the registration process for events, ensuring that all participant information is accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including event attendees and external service providers, to address inquiries and provide information.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize event processes and enhance the participant experience.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of event materials.
  • Support the Event Owner with administrative tasks and operational topics related to event management.
  • Monitor compliance with regulations and ensure the timely completion of all administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Event Management team.


Who You Are:

  • Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in event management or a related area is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German (minimum B2 language level).
  • Familiarity with event management tools (e.g., Cvent) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and organized approach.
  • Willingness to undertake short business trips abroad.
