The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing partner accounts across international markets to promote and sell
surrogacy, IVF, and donor-based reproductive programs. This role requires structured pipeline management, relationship building, and revenue generation through medical, legal, and agency partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify partner leads (clinics, agencies, lawyers, facilitators) in target markets
  • Consult clients on treatment programs and support them throughout the process.
  • Conduct online meetings (Zoom, messengers), explain how everything works, and help choose the best options.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Utilize CRM to manage leads, analyze performance, and refine your sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (B2+). A second foreign language (German, French, or Chinese) is a plus.
  • Sales experience and a passion for client service.
  • Proactive attitude, responsibility, empathy.
  • Background in healthcare or medical services is an advantage.
  • Skilled in CRM, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and proposal creation
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Capable of working remotely across multiple time zones
