Job description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire a Recruitment Team Lead (Mass Hiring), to join our team in our team.

Job Summary:

As our Lead Recruiter, you'll spearhead our recruitment efforts, driving strategic initiatives to attract top talent and elevate our recruiting practices. You'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Operations
    • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists focused on mass hiring projects.
    • Monitor daily performance, assign requisitions, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
    • Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for the recruitment team.

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution
    • Design and implement bulk hiring strategies tailored to meet large-scale workforce demands.
    • Manage recruitment project timelines, reporting, and hiring targets in alignment with business needs.
    • Identify sourcing bottlenecks and optimize funnel conversions to reduce time-to-fill.

  • Stakeholder & Process Management
    • Partner closely with department heads, HRBPs, and operations to forecast hiring needs and deliver hiring solutions.
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from planning to onboarding in partnership with HR Operations.
    • Establish strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendors or recruitment partners.

  • Process Optimization & Compliance
    • Implement process improvements and automation tools to scale hiring efficiently.
    • Track KPIs: fill rates, time-to-hire, recruiter productivity, and quality of hire.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 to 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role managing a team of 5–6 recruiters
  • Proven ability to set, track, and drive team performance against KPIs and hiring targets, ensuring accountability and consistent results
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and optimize team performance in a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a strategic thinker with the ability to make smart, data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with numbers, using metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and improve processes
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to balance priorities and deliver under tight timelines
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Preferably speaks German or French, though not a must

Work Setup:
  • Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed
  • Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
  • Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
