We are looking for a client facing Senior Data Analyst (Media) who is excited to create exceptional client partnerships. Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for helping companies grow their business? If so, we might be looking for you - our new Media Analyst!

What You'll Do: 

  • Design and develop reports/analytics/dashboards to analyze advertising performance 

  • Work with digital advertising partners, owning the relationship, building and delivering against an analytics roadmap 

  • Mine data for the underlying trends, providing actionable marketing insights using the lens of consumer behaviors and marketing triggers, to drive business results 

  • Transform insights and analysis into presentations and stories for marketing leadership regarding advertising program and campaign performance, along with optimization recommendations 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise key performance indicators and build the best reporting solutions including dashboards and advanced visualizations, validating and analyzing applicable data 

  • Validate and audit advertising campaign setup through data, proper creation and execution, naming conventions and reporting 

  • Ensure consistency and support the development of the advertising reporting approaches, governance and processes across internal teams and outside partners 

 

What You'll Need: 

  • Experience with BI Tools (Domo, Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) 

  • Experience with Advertising reporting (Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics) 

  • SQL Proficiency 

  • Ability to turn data into stories, focusing on not only the 'what', but the 'why' 

  • Expertise in omni-channel marketing reporting and analysis; including Paid Search, Natural Search, Display, Video, Social Media, Leads and Sales 

  • Knowledgeable of the digital marketplace, including the advertising media buying process, optimization strategies, and media and audience attribution. 

  • Creative problem solving and outstanding attention to detail 

  • Superb communication skills, positive demeanor and solution focused 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, quickly growing environment 

  • A positive approach to serving customers and providing exceptional customer service 

  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member with a positive ‘can do’ attitude 

  • Excellent organization, flexibility and time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Strong aptitude and technical application of digital marketing tools such as: Google AdWords, Google 360, Adobe Experience Cloud Suite (Audience Manager, Campaign, Target, etc.), FB Business Manager, Artificial Intelligence Engine(s) or other/custom DSPs 

  • Automotive industry experience
