Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-Hire:
Carry out pre-hire and compliance strategies to screen onboard quality employees that meet immediate and projected needs.
Oversee a high volume of new employee pre-hire onboarding tasks including background checks, license verification, state-specific paperwork, and adjudication.
Ensure compliance with local hiring standards, including background investigations, and health records.
Ensure consistency and compliance with the onboarding plans and processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and best practices.
Assist with the completion of required pre-employment paperwork and background checks.
Track and monitor onboarding progress to ensure timely completion of all tasks in adherence to SLAs.
Address any questions or concerns from new hires throughout the onboarding process.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the onboarding process and implement changes as needed.
Maintain accurate and organized records for all candidate documentation.
Ability to move 60+ candidates to "Eligible for Hire” each week while ensuring pre-hire requirements have been met.
Initiating orientation packets for cleared candidates and providing clear guidance on next steps and expectations
Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with Onboarding Experience Manager, administrative staff and the recruitment team to ensure efficient workflow and seamless communication between new hires and the office.
Facilitate the coordination of hiring and hiring requirement efforts across multiple locations in the USA and Canada.
Create a personalized approach by welcoming candidates to TheKey.
Create a personalized candidate experience by extending a warm welcome to TheKey, and fostering a positive and inviting atmosphere through consistent and clear communication.
Provide ad hoc support for escalated problem resolution
