Job description

Pay Range:  

  • $65000 - $85000 / year

Purpose

To support carrier review, interrogating marketing funnels for opportunities, and ensuring compliance through comparative rater execution. Prepare monthly reports, coordinate projects across underwriting and agent variation, and tackle ad hoc initiatives to enhance operating results across state portfolios

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support carrier review process by analyzing performance metrics and ensuring alignment with operational goals

Interrogate marketing funnels for opportunities, leveraging insights to optimize performance and compliance through comparative rater execution

Prepare and deliver monthly reporting to provide actionable insights for leaderships and stakeholders

Coordinate projects related to underwriting, agent variation, and day-to-day operations to optimize performance across state results

Conduct ad hoc projects to address emerging needs and improve service operations processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in P&C insurance, product analysis, or service operations preferred

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar)

Knowledge of comparative raters and insurance compliance standards is a plus

Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Team player with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
