About the Role

As a Aftersales Technology Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the digital customer journey across our dealership network. You will drive dealership adoption of our tech stack, optimize CRM usage, and enhance customer loyalty—all while partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize return on investment and ensure alignment with company objectives. You will report to the Senior Manager, Service Strategy and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, field operations, and vendor partners.

  • Lead Quarterly Review Boards (QRBs) with vendor partners to evaluate performance, feature enhancement, and alignment to company goals.

  • Develop and document best practices, processes, and KPIs to optimize service technology solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between CX&T, internal partners, dealership operations, and the regional fixed operations directors.

  • Serve as a digital experience consultant to regional teams and dealership operations to drive adoption and performance in the field.

  • Understanding of the process and integration requirement of all digital and physical processes to maximize the customer’s aftersales experience. Including but not limited to digital store front, phone, email and text based communications, marketing and OEM partnership.

Reporting & Performance Insights

  • Build and maintain executive-level reports that showcase tool usage, performance, adoption rates, and ROI.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze data and generate insights to inform strategic decisions and product enhancement.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations with internal and external partners to identify optimization opportunities.

Training & Field Enablement
