Why This Role Matters
Our growth depends on hiring top talent at the right time. As a Venture Development Intern, you’ll keep that momentum going by taking ownership of hiring processes across key teams, such as Growth, Business Development, Customer Success, and Product. You’ll source candidates, manage full-cycle hiring processes, and ensure we stay on track with our people roadmap.
What You’ll Achieve
During your internship, you will:

  • Build strong candidate pipelines across key teams by actively sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and managing interview processes - with the goal of signing at least one hire per team during your internship.
  • Design scalable and structured recruiting processes that streamline collaboration, elevate the candidate experience, and lay the groundwork for sustainable hiring as we grow.
  • Drive operational excellence beyond hiring by initiating, optimizing, and automating business processes - reducing manual work, increasing reliability, and enabling scale across the organization.
