Job description

As a Sales & Operations Coordinator at Bangma Verpakking, you will align the planning of sales, purchasing, and logistics. You will translate data into a concrete action plan and ensure that there is always sufficient stock – not too much and not too little. Unbox your career at Bangma Verpakking!

What will you do?

  • Create forecasts and align them with sales;
  • Evaluate purchase proposals and place orders;
  • Monitor delivery times and manage suppliers;
  • Analyze and adjust inventory levels;
  • Compile and optimize the assortment (including ABC analysis);
  • Monitor KPIs (inventory value, turnover rate, profitability);
  • Create reports with PowerBI or QlikView;
  • Approach and evaluate new suppliers.

What is your role?

You are responsible for an efficient purchasing process, reliable inventory, and good availability of packaging materials. As a Sales & Operations Coordinator, you ensure optimal alignment between sales, purchasing, inventory, and logistics. You look ahead, make the right analyses, and translate them into a concrete plan.

This way, you ensure everything is correct: from purchase volumes to inventory levels, from forecasts to delivery reliability. With your sharp analyses and proactive attitude, you ensure that we remain agile in a continuously changing market.

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working;
  • Experience with supply chain, purchasing, or planning;
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of reporting tools (PowerBI or QlikView);
  • Good command of Dutch and English (German is a plus);
  • Commercial instinct: result-oriented mindset, perseverance, and good communication skills;
  • Eye for quality: you work accurately, independently, and have a sense of responsibility.
