Peak Support is hiring a German-speaking Trainer to support one of our clients in delivering excellent customer experiences. This role focuses primarily on training and development but may also involve assisting with quality assurance tasks as needed. 


What You’ll Do: 

  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions (in German and English) for new hires and existing team members. 
  • Design, develop, and update training materials in collaboration with the client and internal stakeholders. 
  • Monitor and assess trainee performance during onboarding and nesting phases, providing timely feedback and support. 
  • Conduct refresher training sessions to address performance trends or process updates. 
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leads and QA to ensure alignment on quality and performance expectations. 
  • Support QA tasks on an ad hoc basis, including call or ticket reviews, when needed. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback and refining training strategies. 


We’re seeking Trainers or Quality Assurance Specialist who are: 

  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Experienced in conducting training sessions in a BPO or customer support environment. 
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced, evolving setting. 
  • Flexible and collaborative, with a willingness to take on QA-related support when required. 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. 
  • Experience in QA or coaching is a plus, though not required.
