Junior Java Software Engineer

As a Junior Software Engineer you will be

primarily responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support

of the Dynata’s core applications. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Develop and maintain backend applications using Java (8+) and Spring Framework with guidance from senior colleagues

Learn and understand core business processes relevant to the application domain

Assist in managing, deploying, and monitoring applications on AWS

Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies

REQUIREMENTS

Foundational knowledge of Java (8 or higher)

Basic understanding of relational databases

Interest in computer science and eagerness to learn new technologies, programming languages, and development methodologies

Willingness to understand and engage with core business logic and processes

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  

Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or currently pursuing final year)

Location: Remote (within Hungary) or Hybrid (at our office in Debrecen).

Please note that this is a full-time position, not a contractor role, and requires candidates to be based in Hungary with the legal right to work.
