About the Role

We are hiring a Director of Sales to lead a tenured and high-performing team through its next phase of growth and performance. This position requires a dynamic, accountable, and data-driven leader with a strong focus on people, execution, and results.

The ideal candidate brings a structured approach to sales leadership, grounded in measurable coaching practices and operational discipline. Success in this role depends on the ability to set clear expectations, uphold high standards, and consistently drive team performance through insight, urgency, and strategic guidance.


Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Targets.
  • Lead your team by example to successfully achieve sales goals set forth by the company.
  • Ensure your team maintains minimum metrics and required key performance indicators.
  • Consistently work with your team to understand the pipeline.
  • Daily coaching, training, and development of your team members.
  • Achieve accuracy and a high quality of standards for administrative duties such as reporting.
  • Collaborate with leaders on other teams to meet sales goals and customer expectations.
Requirements

  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, with a track record of consistently exceeding goals and setting higher standards of execution.
  • Strong sense of accountability, with a hands-on approach to inspecting key metrics, coaching for improvement, and ensuring no assumptions are made.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle sales representatives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, balancing speed with quality.
  • Commitment to developing team members by coaching and empowering them to take full ownership of their outcomes, rather than doing the work for them.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to assess when to support, when to challenge, and how to lead effectively through change.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts, communicate with clarity and confidence, and coach on both skill development and performance mindset.
