Senior Director, PMO

Remote (must live in CA). Direct Hire.

150-180k

 

 

The Senior Director PMO is a remote position, reporting to the C-Suite. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare-related companies and strong project management skills.

Key responsibilities include fostering a team-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving; building trust and encouraging open communication; championing change; leading continuous improvement initiatives; ensuring accountability through post-implementation measurements; and advocating for Lean Six Sigma principles. Experience managing offshore teams and strong leadership skills are highly valued.  The position involves overseeing a team of 8-10 product owners and project management staff, with occasional travel required in the initial months.

 

 

Responsibilities:  The Senior PMO will manage product owners, and all PMS will report to them. The role may involve travel a few times per week in the first few months.

Requirements

  • Analytical and process-centric mindset
  • Team-oriented problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience leading Continuous Improvement teams
  • Healthcare and/or RCM experience and strong Continuous Improvement (CI). 
  • Offshore team experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 8-10 people
  • Medical Device or DME experience is a strong plus
