We are currently seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the charge in redefining how our client leverages digital channels to drive demand, engagement, and business performance.


This individual will play a critical role in transforming the company’s digital ecosystem—integrating SEO, paid media, marketing automation, and analytics into a cohesive strategy that delivers results. As a digital marketing thought leader, you will architect data-informed strategies, guide cross-functional execution, and oversee the optimization of the full marketing funnel. From building scalable content and campaign frameworks to leading the modernization of web platforms and performance measurement, your work will directly shape the client’s ability to attract, convert, and retain customers in a dynamic, global market.

Job Scope and Accountabilities

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for architecting and executing a modern, data-led digital strategy that drives demand generation, optimizes the marketing funnel, and delivers measurable business outcomes. You will serve as a digital evangelist, bringing a deep understanding of the latest tools, channels, platforms, and buyer behaviors.

You will:

  • Lead SEO and content strategy focused on both short- and long-tail keyword capture

  • Implement advanced marketing automation and AI-driven personalization

  • Champion omnichannel strategies across web, email, social, paid, and video

  • Integrate first-party and intent data to build predictive lead scoring and segmentation

  • Guide cross-functional digital experimentation including CRO and UX/UI

Key Responsibilities
  • Website & Digital Properties: Design, scale, and optimize digital experiences using the latest UX best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, and mobile-first design. Ensure performance meets accessibility, speed, and technical SEO standards.

  • Search & Visibility: Drive organic growth through a modern SEO approach including schema markup, core web vitals, featured snippets, pillar content, and voice search optimization.

  • Paid Media Innovation: Manage omnichannel paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic display, and retargeting platforms. Incorporate AI-enabled bid strategies and dynamic creative optimization.

  • AI-Powered Personalization: Leverage AI tools and machine learning to deliver hyper-personalized content experiences across the buyer journey.

  • Analytics & Attribution: Build a marketing analytics framework using Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Track full-funnel performance and use multi-touch attribution models to assess ROI.

  • Marketing Automation: Oversee marketing operations and automation in HubSpot. Implement advanced workflows, progressive profiling, and behavioral segmentation to improve lead nurturing and MQL conversion.

  • Content-Led Growth: Collaborate with the content team to create strategic, search-optimized thought leadership including blogs, white papers, webinars, and interactive experiences.

  • MarTech Stack Optimization: Evaluate, integrate, and manage the marketing technology ecosystem. Stay up to date on new tools for ABM, intent data, predictive analytics, and AI content creation.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing digital and operations team. Cultivate a culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech environment

  • Proven ability to lead digital transformation and build scalable demand engines

  • 4+ years hands-on SEO experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Clearscope

  • Experience designing and managing complex HubSpot and Salesforce integrations

  • 3+ years of experience with WordPress, plus working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, Google Ads (certification preferred), and social ad platforms

  • Familiarity with CDPs, personalization engines, and modern MarTech stacks

  • Comfortable with A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral analytics (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, etc.)

  • Data-savvy: ability to use tools like Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau

  • Experience using or integrating with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for content or automation

Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
