Position Overview:

The LendingWise Administrator is responsible for all configuration and customizations of the company’s LendingWise installation. This role contributes to business success by utilizing technical skills, mortgage experience, Business Purpose Lending experience, and a thorough understanding of the LendingWise system. The LendingWise Administrator collaborates with senior and executive management to evaluate business process data integrity and accomplish critical business processes that are integral to the company’s day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with applicable business units to document technical business requirements across all operational functions.

  • Design and implement approved change requests by creating or enhancing LendingWise settings, basic and advanced input forms, and basic and advanced business rules.

  • Directly coordinate with LendingWise to scope, implement, and test all implementations and integrations including custom and ongoing releases.

  • Employ problem solving skills to understand, interpret, troubleshoot, and resolve issues relating to system functionality.

  • Serve as an escalation point for general inquiries and troubleshooting requests from sales and operations.

  • Remain up to date on key LendingWise trends and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; education can be substituted with 5 years of related or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience performing LendingWise Administration.

  • 3+ years of experience building Input Forms and creating Business Rules within LendingWise.

  • 3+ years of experience within the Business Purpose Lending/Mortgage Industry.

  • Thorough understanding of the loan lifecycle from point of sale through servicing and secondary.

  • Knowledge of real estate lending regulations and compliance standards.

  • Knowledge of JIRA, preferred.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to maintain positive business relationships with system stakeholders.

Pay Range:

  • Base Pay: $82,000.00 - $99,000.00
  • The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
