Lead WalkMe Training Developer / Digital Adoption Platform Expert – US

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead WalkMe Consulting Manager and DAP Expert to join our Training as a Service (TaaS) consulting team. In this client-facing leadership role, you will manage teams delivering WalkMe projects, design training solutions, and provide strategic guidance to both your team and enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
Learning & Development Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Instructional Designers and WalkMe Content Developers
Provide strategic oversight, feedback, coaching support, and quality assurance for team deliverables
Conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis for enterprise clients
Design, develop, and implement advanced technical training strategies & programs leveraging WalkMe
Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for various skill levels
Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Develop and maintain Content Development Trackers for assigned projects
Solution Design & Implementation
Design and develop WalkMe solutions across multiple enterprise applications and platforms
Create integrated solutions leveraging both WalkMe and SAP Enable Now capabilities
Implement smart walk-throughs and automation solutions to streamline complex processes
Configure and maintain WalkMe analytics and metrics dashboards
Support content migration and platform upgrades
Provide high-level technical consulting on learning technology architecture, specifically WalkMe
Document technical specifications and implementation guides
Client Engagement & Thought Leadership
Provide high-level consulting to clients on digital adoption strategies
Evangelize best practices for utilizing WalkMe and other digital adoption platforms
Stay current with latest trends in WalkMe and Training Technologies
Present solutions and recommendations to client stakeholders at all levels
Promptly identify issues or risks to Leadership and recommend strategic solutions
Train and mentor junior WalkMe developers on platform best practices
Required Skillsets
This a remote role based in the US, limited travel may be required (less than 30%) for client engagements
8+ years of experience designing and developing WalkMe content for enterprise systems
3+ years of experience leading large scale WalkMe implementations
3+ years of project management experience for DAP implementations and content development
3+ years of experience training and mentoring WalkMe developers
8+ years of corporate or consulting experience in Learning and Development
Strong consultative approach and client service orientation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated thought leadership capabilities
Experience with SAP Enable Now platform and integration capabilities is preferred.
WalkMe certification with demonstrated expertise in advanced features
Extensive project management experience (waterfall and agile)
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (Preferred)
