Job description

Boxgreen is seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to elevate our paid digital marketing campaigns. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms, directly impacting our growth and success.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, generating actionable insights to drive growth and achieve KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA).
  • Conduct A/B testing and ongoing performance experiments to improve ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, post-campaign) detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Automate reports and operational tasks using tools like Google Sheets for efficiency.
  • Work closely with partners and account managers (e.g., Google, Meta, Shopee) to leverage best practices and platform updates.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
  • Support organic and paid integration efforts, collaborating with marketing and Operation teams as relevant

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid search, social media, and/or marketplace advertising
  • Proven success in launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta, TikTok, and Shopee Ads
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • A sharp analytical mindsetyou love testing hypotheses, learning fast, and making data-driven decisions
  • Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, and bonus if you're familiar with SQL or Omniture
  • A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • A strong communicator who can distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Based near Kuala Lumpur or able to attend monthly onsite meetings in the KL area
