Job description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for Senior Recruitment Partners to join our team.

We are looking for Senior Recruitment Partners to join our team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting! You will participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive targeted research to identify qualified candidates via internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and social media.
  • Research, assemble and analyze data to effectively make recommendations regarding recruiting efforts
  • Screens and interviews candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the requirements of open positions
  • Conducts skills testings to measure capability and aptitude
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients
  • Create a best in class candidate experience by maintaining a professional and accurate representation of Envision Employment Solutions to all candidates
  • Effectively communicate expectations to candidates
  • Communicate employment offers and orientation requirements to candidates
  • Accurately maintain recruiting data by timely dis-positioning and reporting
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Ideally, 4 to 6 years recruiting and interviewing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Github, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English are a MUST.
  • Tech Savvy is a MUST - Proficient in our operating systems which includes Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Trello, Workable (ATS), etc. or a proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - We use Workable.
  • Excellent customer service skills and building rapport with candidates and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a quick learner and quick problem solver
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to express innovative thoughts/ideas with regard to recruiting and overall employee experience

Work Setup:

  • Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed
  • Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
  • Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
