The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handling SAP projects preferably in Transportation, Shipping or Supply Chain
  • Project Management as PM with multiple implementation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be accountable for communication between teams and department regarding project status, workload and forecast
  • Create and update project data, maintaining PM tools accurately
  • Interact proactively with customer to share basic project information as well as report using PM artifacts
  • Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
  • Coordinate between Delivery Team members to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Delivering projects in iterative and Agile methodology as well as incremental development approach
  • Risk, issue, communication and Change management experience
  • Resource and time management as well as other administrative duties 
  • Manage offshore teams working on US day time zones


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years as PM in Development or implementation projects
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management
  • Experience in Vendor/Consulting companies
  • Experience with multi-account/client management
  • Knowledgeable in SAP SD
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage your time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for achieving goals
  • Good in problem solving, analytical and critical thinking
  • Must have positive attitude in handling stress of unexpected challenges and helps the entire team stay positive and motivated


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMI certified (PMP)
  • Masters Degree
