The Enterprise Client Solutions Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day strategic account and relationship management across key Near Endemic clients. This role serves as a central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and performance managers—ensuring operational excellence across contracts, billing, and overall client satisfaction. The position plays a critical role in driving client growth, retention, and performance alignment.

    • Develop deep, consultative relationships with client stakeholders to understand and align with business goals

    • Lead strategic planning and partnership development to expand client value

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Maintain a dotted-line relationship with Performance Managers to ensure alignment on client KPIs and execution

    • Serve as the conduit between client needs and internal delivery teams to ensure proactive communication and strategic execution

    • Drive internal coordination for onboarding, product launches, performance reviews, and QBRs

  • Contract Oversight

    • Manage the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to renewal and compliance

    • Partner with legal and operations teams to ensure contractual accuracy and alignment with business objectives, terms and conditions

  • Billing Leadership

    • Own the billing process for assigned accounts, including accuracy, timeliness, and client communication

    • Resolve invoicing discrepancies and support financial reporting needs

    • Collaborate with finance to forecast revenue and support budgeting efforts

What’s in It for You?

  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits, with multiple options for individuals and families.

  • Generous 401(k) retirement plans with company match.
