Lithia & Driveway | Vendor Administrator

Location: Onsite/Hybrid – Medford, OR

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 hr

Are you looking to start your career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Relations, or Auditing? Join Lithia & Driveway as a Vendor Administrator, where you'll play a key role in maintaining our Master Vendor file and ensuring vendor compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain vendor records, ensuring compliance with policies

  • Audit vendor data and recommend process improvements

  • Collect and verify certificates of insurance

  • Process 1099s at year-end

  • Generate vendor reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
