The Associate, Portfolio Management is an individual contributor responsible for performing financial analysis and preparing underwriting documents to support multimillion-dollar corporate credit requests that grow funded assets and Key's client base, while maintaining asset quality within a moderate risk profile. Additionally, the Associate, Portfolio Management is responsible for ongoing credit monitoring and risk rating for a portfolio of corporate clients with a complexity profile commensurate to experience (primarily participations in other bank's syndicated deals), reviewing legal documentation, and assisting product partners in cross-selling additional bank products.
