A recognized company focused on revolutionizing the implementation of enterprise-level artificial intelligence solutions is looking for a Technical Lead Internal Platform Development based in Latin America, the United States, or Canada, who will serve as the right hand of the CEO in building the next generation of the companys internal platform architecture.

  • Design and build the architecture of the internal SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, multitenancy, and high performance
  • Establish continuous improvement processes by extracting learnings from real-world client implementations
  • Define the platforms strategic evolution, integrating emerging technologies while ensuring adaptability and customization capabilities

What should you bring?

  • English level: B2+ / C1 (Required)
  • Proven experience building multitenant platforms from scratch, ideally in a startup environment
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture, OLAP/OLTP systems, gRPC, and programming languages such as Kotlin or Java
  • Advanced technical skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and messaging technologies like Kafka or Red Panda
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI models in production environments and designing internal APIs for engineering teams
