English level: B2+ / C1 (Required)
Proven experience building multitenant platforms from scratch, ideally in a startup environment
Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture, OLAP/OLTP systems, gRPC, and programming languages such as Kotlin or Java
Advanced technical skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and messaging technologies like Kafka or Red Panda
Hands-on experience integrating AI models in production environments and designing internal APIs for engineering teams
