Your mission
Become a part of our dynamic Outsourcing Management team and help us continuously optimize our outsourcing structures and align them with evolving regulatory requirements. In this role, you will:

  • Gap Analysis: Assist in systematically reviewing our existing outsourcing policies, procedures, and contracts for conformity with current regulatory requirements. Identify gaps and propose solutions for remediation.
  • Process Optimization: Help revise and standardize internal processes, risk assessments, and workflows within the outsourcing lifecycle while implementing AI Tools and automation.
  • Contract Management: Aid in reviewing and evaluating service provider contracts for the presence and adequacy of required regulatory clauses (e.g., ICT risks, audit rights, exit strategies, data protection, chain outsourcing).
  • Documentation & Reporting: Support the maintenance of our outsourcing documentation (Assessments, Due Diligence Records etc.) and the preparation of presentations and reports for management and involved business departments.
  • Ad-hoc Analyses: Conduct research and analysis on specific questions related to outsourcing and third-party risk management.
What you need to be successful:
  • You are naturally driven to improve processes, challenge the status quo, and drive meaningful change within a young and agile organization.
  • Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Law, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on Compliance, Risk Management, or Financial Regulation.
  • Initial exposure to or strong interest in financial market regulation (e.g., MiCAR, KWG, MaRisk, DORA, EBA Guidelines) is a significant advantage.
  • High affinity for legal and regulatory issues and the ability to quickly grasp complex matters.
  • Structured and analytical thinking, as well as a meticulous and independent working style.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Affinity for AI Tools, process optimization and automating workflows.

  • Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe's leading cryptocurrency management platforms.
  • Experienced mentor to guide your learning experience.
  • Access to cutting-edge technologies, high levels of autonomy, and an international working environment.
